What’s cooking? Jean Delport of Michelin starred Restaurant Interlude, Horsham

Chef Jean Delport

“The talent behind the Michelin-starred Restaurant Interlude at Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens in West Sussex dishes out the foodie goss in this exclusive interview.”

We are thrilled to share that Muddy Stilettos has featured our very own Chef Jean Delport and they couldn’t have put it better:

Just a year into his tenure at Restaurant Interlude Jean Delport won a Michelin star and then just four years later in 2023, he landed a Green Michelin star for the restaurant! This year, two of his dishes were selected to be served for the final banquet of BBC2’s The Great British Menu. If that isn’t an intro to impress, Muddy isn’t sure what is.

From earning both a Michelin Star and a Green Star, to presenting his dishes on The Great British Menu banquet table, Jean’s culinary journey continues to inspire and impress. We are incredibly proud to see his talent recognised, and even prouder to have him leading the kitchen at Restaurant Interlude.
