Michelin Masters Unite: Prept. Launches 2026 Collaboration Series at Opheem

We’re thrilled to announce the first-ever Prept. Collaboration Series 2026 at the acclaimed two-Michelin-starred Opheem in Birmingham. On 2nd February 2026, Chef Patron Aktar Islam will join forces with fellow Michelin-starred chef and Great British Menu two-course winner Jean Delport for an exclusive one-night-only culinary event in support of the Prept. Foundation. 

Guests will enjoy an 8-course collaborative tasting menu with snacks, paired with either wine or non-alcoholic options, showcasing the innovative and bold flavours of both chefs. Jean Delport brings his Cape Town roots to the table, celebrating terroir, seasonal ingredients, and fire cooking, a perfect match for Opheem’s progressive culinary ethos.
