Leonardslee Family Vineyards Joins the World’s Best Vineyards List

A Prestigious Global Recognition for Our English Sparkling Wine Estate

We are delighted to announce that Leonardslee Family Vineyards has just been named in the World's Best Vineyards list. This annual ranking of the very best vineyard experiences on the planet, showcases exceptional places to taste world-leading wines and learn about winemaking, and celebrating the incredible teams behind every establishment.

Coming in at number 56, this is the first time Leonardslee has been recognised in this prestigious list, which is an incredible achievement for the wine estate team, only 18 months after launching their first English sparkling wines. 2025 has certainly been an award-winning year for Leonardslee, with a WineGB Awards trophy and 95 Decanter points for Leonardslee Brut Reserve 2021, and Restaurant Interlude being named as the Best Restaurant with Rooms at the recent AA Hospitality Awards.

The World's Best Vineyards list is compiled from the votes of the more than 700-strong voting Academy, which includes renowned sommeliers, travel and wine tourism experts and wine trade specialists from around the world.

Incorporating modern architectural wonders, UNESCO-protected ancient cellars, Michelin-starred on-site restaurants, and small, family-run wineries where the owners conduct the tours, The World’s Best Vineyards reflects the best winery and vineyard experiences around the globe.

Many of the wineries on the list also offer something a little different – such as a horse-drawn vintage carriage tour through the vineyard, tapas amid a collection of beautifully restored classic cars, art from the likes of Pablo Picasso, and lessons in cooking on an open fire.
