Restaurant Interlude’s Michelin-starred Executive Chef, Jean Delport, will join forces with Executive Chef, Theo Clench for the inaugural dinner in IGNI’s new Michelin Chef Series.
For one night only, these two acclaimed chefs will cook side by side, creating an extraordinary tasting menu that brings together British, South African and French influences through bold flavours, exceptional seasonal produce and meticulous craftsmanship. This exclusive collaboration offers guests the rare opportunity to experience the signature styles of Two Michelin-starred kitchens in a single evening.
Expect standout dishes from both chefs, including Jean’s Rabbit Eats Carrot and Ryeland Hogget with Wild Garlic and Monkey Gland Sauce, alongside Theo’s Tuna, Foie Gras & Shiso and Turbot with Lettuce Sake. Desserts will celebrate the flavours of Sussex with Sussex Chocolate & Leonardslee Honey and Strawberry, Kombu & Oat.
