Our restaurant serves set menus in order to make the best of our seasonal ingredients. Our philosophy is translated into every single dish, taking you on a journey through our estate of flavours, textures and ingredients.

Online Reservations may be made up to three months in advance to the day and are released online daily at 9am.

When making an online booking, if you cannot choose your desired time, please call us and we’ll do all that we can in order to accommodate you to the closest desired time.
All reservation confirmations will be done via email.

If you would like to make a surprise booking and would like for us to use other means of contact, please let us know in advance.
Advance notice is required for dietary requirements. We want you to try everything when you are here, but certain allergies/intolerances can be catered for. Dietary requests cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement.
Restaurant Interlude does not have a minimum age policy as all children are different - any child is welcome to eat with us as long as they eat from the menu as it is.
We are a small business in a remote location so we respectfully ask that you give us at least two day’s notice for a cancellation of a restaurant table. Cancellation outside of this time limit will incur a £60pp cancellation fee (Unless the table can be resold).
